Items purchased from Zeyelo’s online store are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the date of delivery. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice. For inquiries regarding an exchange, please contact askme@zeyelo.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE | When you ship your glasses from outside the EU, declare no value at the post office and mention that you ship your glasses to us for return/exchange/repair. Else customs might occur and the parcel will not be accepted.
