PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Please understand that no two pieces of wood are identical. Therefore, no two pairs of Zeyelos will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product will resemble, not as an exact representation. Small differences should be expected in each product’s construction, as minor deviations are inherent to Zeyelo’s handcrafted manufacturing process. Fortunately, Zeyelo’s one-by-one product construction guarantees individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every piece of eyewear that leaves the workshop.

 

PAYMENTS

Direct Bank Transfer
You can make your payment directly to our bank account via a direct bank transfer. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Orders can also be conducted through PayPal, which is the largest and most trusted online payment processor in the world. We accept all major credit cards and we don’t keep your information or give it out to anyone.

 

WARRANTY

Zeyelo warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Zeyelo reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Zeyelo dealer to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Zeyelo will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
All claims must be submitted directly via email at support@zeyelo.com. Do not return your Zeyelo product to the store. Dealers are not authorized to provide warranty service on Zeyelo products.
Lenses are not covered via the guarantee  we offer.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE | When you ship your glasses from outside the EU, declare no value at the post office and mention that you ship your glasses to us for repair. Else customs might occur and the parcel will not be accepted.
The following forms of Proof of Purchase are acceptable for purchases that were made at one of our authorized retailers:
  • Your Zeyelo.com order number.
  • Picture or scan of the physical receipt with a visible date of purchase and retailer name.
It’s very important to us that you wear your pair of Zeyelos.
Therefore in case of damage due to misuse we will still do our best to repair them. Note that in this case some fees might occur. Contact us at support@zeyelo.com
