IF YOU HAVE A PAIR OF GLASSES OR SHADES THAT ARE CURRENTLY A PERFECT FIT, LOOK FOR THE SIZING STAMPED ON THE INSIDE OF THE TEMPLE.

For the majority of shoppers, Standard size will probably be the right size.
DON’T HAVE A PERFECTLY TAILORED PAIR OF SHADES TO REFERENCE?
There are several ways for you to do this including standing in front of a mirror, place a ruler across the front is your face and measure the distance between your temples.
Another option is to take an existing pair of eyeglasses or sunglasses and measure across the inside temples (the arms that go back over your ears) to determine the correct size.
